Payment methods

All prices listed on our website are in Euros. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

PayPal

We accept PayPal for orders. To pay using PayPal, you must have an established PayPal account. For more information on setting up a PayPal account, visit their web site. To place your order using PayPal, select PayPal as the payment method. This will direct you to the PayPal web site. Enter your PayPal login e-mail address and password and hit continue. Follow the instructions on the PayPal web site to process your payment. Once you confirm and process the final payment on the PayPal web site, you will be back to the Kysoh web site, and you will be shown your Order Confirmation page.

Security

The security of our on-line shop is an absolute priority. This is why we use the system of payment developed by Ogone, a company specialized in the security of on-line payments. The Ogone solution secures your transactions on several levels:

  • Encoding of the transmitted data: Thanks to the use of technology "Secure Sockets To bush-hammer" (SSL), information relative to your bank card is encrypted by your own computer before being transmitted to the Ogone server.

  • Absence of confidential information storage: Information relative to your bank card (name, type of chart, number and scratch date) is transmitted directly to the Ogone server. This one checks the information provided with the center of suitable payment (American Express, Visa, etc...), then validates (or not) the transaction. Kysoh never takes note of this information.

Our Return Policy

You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange :

  • If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, just contact us within 15 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will refund you for your purchase, including return shipping, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
  • If you ordered the wrong item, send it back to us within 7 days of the item's original shipping date. We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. Some products may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee � please ask if you are unsure. Generic shipping information

We won't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. All shipping transit times quoted are business days, not calendar days. For your orders, you can choose between UPS service ("Express") and the National Post Office ("Economic"). For some destination, only the National Post Office service is provided. For your order shipping via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping to. You can determine your shipping cost by filling in the order form. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping amount. You do not have to purchase the items in order to view the shipping amount.

For each destination, several shipping solutions are available:

  •  "Economic" shipping: shipping in priority postal parcel. This method does not include any tracking number. ETA from 3 to 7 business days according to the destination
  • "Express" shipping: shipping by conveyor UPS with tracking number. ETA from 1 to 2 business days according to the destination.

The products will be delivered to the indicated address during the process of order. Kysoh could in no case be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing.

Process order

We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if it's in stock, and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.

International shipping

Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Kysoh. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order - so you know what to expect.
Please note that if you use the National Post Office, you won't have any tracking information.
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Kysoh has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay to Kysoh do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Kysoh and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Kysoh has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
